The service

StudyBuddy helps you prepare for exams with practice questions, spaced review, practice exams and an AI tutor. It is provided by QuipShip Software, Breitenfurter Strasse 376, 1230 Wien, Austria.

Your account

You need an account and must keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 16, or have a parent's permission.

Your content

You keep all rights to the questions and material you add. Only upload material you are allowed to use for your own studies. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending passages to our AI provider when you use AI features.

AI answers

The tutor and generated questions can be wrong. Check important facts against your sources. We don't promise any exam result.

Free and Pro plans

The free plan has a daily limit on AI requests. Pro is a subscription billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown on the Plan page. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; Pro then runs until the end of the period you paid for. [Withdrawal right for consumers, if applicable]

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, get around limits or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice and will let you export your data first.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of service. [Governing law and venue]
